What a case study should prove

A good case does not decorate the outcome. It makes the chain of judgment visible.

A portfolio image can show taste. A case study must show judgment: what was changing, what tension mattered, which insight altered the direction and why the chosen idea could carry the work.

The strongest structure is not a victory lap. It is a legible sequence from challenge to insight, idea, execution and verified result. When result data is unavailable, the honest replacement is a measurement plan—not an invented percentage.

This is why Faucon Studies identify their status before presenting the thinking. The label protects trust; the depth of the method creates value.
