Luxury is routinely reduced to black fields, metallic details and serif typography. Those codes can signal category, but they cannot create meaning on their own.
Premium perception depends on editorial confidence: fewer claims, stronger hierarchy, exact materials, disciplined repetition and enough space for the audience to complete the meaning.
The question is not how to make a brand look expensive. It is what to remove until the distinctive signal becomes impossible to miss.
